Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. If the order is received after 1pm pacific standard time it is possible your order will be processed the next business day. If for some reason we cannot ship your order within that time, we will notify you through email.
Wherever you are, we will get it to you. Shipping charges will be determined by:
- The weight and size of the purchase items
- The location of the delivery address
- The delivery option you choose
During the checkout process, you will be given a choice of shipping options and the cost of each option. The different shipping choices include:
- UPS Ground Delivery (approx 5 business days)
- UPS Overnight Delivery (24 hours delivery option)
- UPS 2 Day (2 business days)
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska but additional charges may apply. These charges will depend on the weight and size of the shipment. Also, some shipping options may not be available due to shipment location. Please allow extra time for delivery.
At the moment we only ship within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii from our website.
International Customers (incl. Puerto Rico/Guam/Virgin Islands) please call Customer Service at 1-877-936-2289 to inquire about rates and restrictions.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase please contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange or refund to the credit card used for purchase. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment – NO EXCEPTIONS.
